Current Estate Items For Sale

As we move clients to their new spaces, often times they are ready to part with some of their belongings or need to sell items that won’t fit in their new space. When this happens we will host the items for sale for the client for a period of time. Below are the current estate sales items and the dates that the items are available through.

Terms of Sales

Please read these terms before purchasing.

1. All Sales Are Final

All items are sold as is with no warranties or guarantees.
Please review all photos and descriptions carefully before buying.
Once purchased, no refunds, returns, or exchanges will be given.
If you do not pick up your item during the scheduled pickup time, your payment and item will be forfeited.

2. Pickup Information

Items must be picked up at the address, date, and time listed for the sale. No Reschedules.
If you cannot attend, please do not make a purchase.
Bring enough help and a suitable vehicle to move your items safely.
Entering a pickup location is at your own risk, and DSD is not responsible for injuries or damage during pickup.

3. Item Condition

Most items are pre-owned and may show signs of wear.
We do our best to describe and photograph each item accurately, but minor variations, labeling errors, or small flaws may occur.
All purchases are made sight unseen, and by buying, you accept this condition.

4. Limited Exception

If an item described as “working” is found to be critically defective, please contact us within 24 hours of pickup.
Any refund or credit for a critically defective item is at the sole discretion of Destination Senior Downsizing management.
